FlowControl QA: Brand Design for a Next-Gen QA Management Platform

The Challenge

FlowControl came to us with a bold vision: to modernise quality assurance for food and manufacturing businesses through a custom-built, flexible platform. But before launching into a highly regulated, traditional industry, the brand needed to feel trustworthy, intelligent, and forward-thinking. The goal was to strike a balance between technical precision and approachability.

Our Approach

We kicked things off by digging into what FlowControl really stood for: giving teams the tools to simplify their QA chaos and feel more in control. That idea of “flow” and “control” instantly clicked and became the backbone of the creative direction.

Rollout and Results

Once the visual identity was approved, we rolled it out across multiple touchpoints: brand guidelines, UI direction, business cards, pitch decks, and social graphics. The system was built with flexibility in mind. Allowing FlowControl QA’s internal teams to scale the brand as they expanded marketing, onboarding, and digital communications.

 

The end result is a brand that feels credible to technical buyers, inviting to operational teams, and distinct in a cluttered SaaS space. It’s grounded, adaptable, and reflects the platform’s promise: control over QA without compromise.
